Hear Jenny Scott, Head-teacher at Ninian Park Primary School talk about how her team has used the ‘Schools as Learning Organisations’ (SLO) approach. SLO has been designed by Welsh Government in partnership with OECD to help schools adapt to change.

By working with other schools and consortia, SLO equips schools to explore new ways to improve teaching and learning. It is an important element in the new national approach to professional learning.
