The Cabinet Secretary for Education, Kirsty Williams, launched Education in Wales: Our national mission, Action plan 2017–21 today. It describes how Wales’ education reforms will support the introduction of the new curriculum and bring us the outcomes for our children that we all want to see.

The action plan sets out a clear and transparent timeline for development and delivery of our new curriculum and assessment arrangements.

The action plan for education 2017–21 sets out the key strategic objective and the four enabling objectives that we will focus on to deliver a new curriculum for children aged 3 to 16.
