 The Additional Learning Needs and Education Tribunal (Wales) Bill will benefit learners and their families when it introduces changes to the way their additional learning needs are managed.

Learners will have an individual development plan (IDP) which should be continuously updated, informed by all agencies that need to be involved and takes them through from 0 to 25. Making moves between early years settings, schools or further education institutions seamless and preparing them better for life after full time education.
